Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 08, 2026

1 Acceptance of Terms

By installing Dashless or embedding our widget, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2 Description of Service

Dashless provides a "headless" bridge that routes web-based form submissions and chat messages directly into a Slack, Discord or Telegram workspace. We provide the "plumbing," but we do not control the content sent through the bridge.

3 Use of Service & Restrictions

You agree not to use Dashless for:

  • block Spamming, harassment, or the transmission of illegal content.
  • security_update_warning Interfering with the security or integrity of our API or Slack, Discord or Telegram's API.
  • code_off Attempting to reverse-engineer the Dashless "Bridge" logic.

4 Payments and Subscriptions (Early Access)

If you are part of our Early Access or Beta period, the service is currently provided as-is. Future pricing changes will be communicated with 30 days' notice.

5 Limitation of Liability

Dashless is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Because we sit between two other platforms (your website and chosen messaging platform), we are not liable for:

Service interruptions caused by Slack, Discord or Telegram or your hosting provider.

Lost messages due to network failures or incorrect configuration.

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6 Termination

We reserve the right to revoke access to any workspace that violates these terms or engages in activity that puts our infrastructure at risk.
